If the Product is not what you ordered, or damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please email or call us ASAP and we will rectify our mistake. If for some reason we cannot solve the problem, we will issue a full refund.
Limited edition prints cannot be exchanged or returned if nothing is wrong with it. In that case All Sales are Final.
All other returns should be sent back to us within 7 days upon the receipt of the painting. We charge 20% restocking fee. Please contact us for return authorization.
Once the product is ready to ship, you will receive an email with shipping information. We work with the artists directly in most cases and don't keep all the artworks in stock. The artworks are sending thorough our courier partner Delhivery and Ecom, delivery time can take about 3 weeks. Please be patient! Yet, if you feel like it has gotten lost … email us and we will do our best to track it down!
The best way of contacting us is via email . If you leave a message, we'll get back within 48 hours. However emailing will ensure a quicker response.
Sorry once it is gone its gone. All products are one of a kind and cannot be reproduced unless they are limited or open edition prints or photographs produced with the permission from the artist. Sometimes similar works are available even though not posted. Email us and we can try to get something you like. No promises!
Unfortunately, that is not a possibility since we do not stock art here at ClarkNPalmer. We take great care to ensure the image is as close to the real product as possible .
